  • Booking and travel information: travel dates, destinations, flight and hotel details, passenger names.

  • Documents you send us for travel or visa processing (for example passport copies, photos, and visa forms).

  • Messages and media you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

  • Basic technical data from our website (such as browser type and pages visited).

 

2. How we use your information

  • To process bookings, issue tickets and provide travel services.

  • To process visa, Umrah and Hajj applications.

  • To send booking confirmations, e-tickets, flight changes, visa status updates and payment reminders, including via WhatsApp.

  • To reply to your questions and provide customer support.

  • To send travel offers and promotions only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or contacting us.

 

3. WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to communicate with customers. Messages you exchange with us are processed through WhatsApp and stored on our own systems to provide our services. We only message customers who have booked with us, contacted us, or opted in to receive messages.

 

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when necessary to provide your travel services, for example with airlines, hotels, transport providers, embassies/visa authorities, and Umrah/Hajj service providers, or when required by law.

 

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on our own secured servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

 

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting obligations (for example invoices and accounting records).
